Over 800 employees from all over Germany experienced a fascinating live show about the transition of their company. The venue underlines the uniqueness of the event - Motorwerk is considered one of the birthplaces of the Berlin techno scene and is therefore a symbol for this energetic city.
The first highlight of the event is a creative and complex 3D animated show that shows the history of housing with big, emotional images. It also portrays what opportunities the company’s transition brings along in a visually striking way.
With inspirational speeches, Deutsche Wohnen’s CEOs focused on the future of the housing industry and the company. They also motivated their employees to be an important success factor of the company’s new alignment and to co-create the transition actively as brand ambassadors. An exhibition that illustrates the new corporate identity and design rounds off the unique event.
At the same time, this Brand Day symbolizes the official kick-off for external communication: The new website and logo are being launched straight after the event and presented to the public.
